About Bakehouse

From local ingredients to our rotating menu, everything we do at Bakehouse is about good food and building a cozy, close-knit community.

Sam and Chris spent years learning and refining their craft in some of the most demanding restaurants and kitchens, where they had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from incredibly talented people. That experience shaped their skills, their techniques, and their appreciation for doing things well.

Eventually, they decided it was time to step away from the big city restaurant world and get back to what they loved most: being closer to the food they make and the people enjoying it.

At Bakehouse, we believe good food, made with local ingredients and genuine care, can be a cornerstone of a community. We want this to be the kind of place where neighbors stop by, recognize each other, grab something fresh from the oven, and spend a few minutes catching up around the bed of a pickup truck.
